We're pleased to be able to deliver all over the UK.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day by Royal Mail, and cost £2.99 for RM 48 Tracked (usually delivered in two working days), or £4.99 for RM 24 Tracked (usually next working day delivery).
We offer free standard delivery (RM 48 Tracked) on orders over £75.
Please note, unfortunately the RM 24 Tracked service is currently unavailable to our customers in the Scottish Highlands, Islands and British Forces.
If you wish to return an item, please tell us as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving the product. You must return the product within 14 days of notifying us of the return. We'll aim to provide your refund within five working days of receiving the product back.
Items should be returned unworn, in the condition they were in when sold, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Returns should be sent to: Point Clothing c/o Tu Pack, Unit 8 Kwikform Buildings, Hales Industrial Park, Rowleys Green Lane, Coventry, CV6 6AT. You'll need to cover the postage cost to return items.
This is an important consideration in our supply chain and when choosing who we work with and how we source our materials. We're proud to say the factories that manufacture our products hold certifications including Oeko Tex Standard 100, Made in Green, STeP, Sedex and RMG Sustainability Council.
